Cancellation policy

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or by e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

2. Important note: Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

Contracts for digital content (eSIM data)

We would like to expressly draw your attention to Section 356 Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB): When delivering digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier (such as our eSIM data plans), your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to perform the contract after:

• you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• You have confirmed that you are aware that by giving your consent you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been executed.

(Airnetly obtains this consent by default at checkout, as the eSIM is delivered and activated digitally immediately after purchase.)
